C & E Notary provides mobile notary services for everyday documents and time-sensitive signings. We’re known for clear communication, on-time arrivals, and easy booking. Most appointments take place at a convenient open public business in your area (and in hospitals/senior communities when permitted). Same-day, evening, and weekend availability may be available.
Services List
General Notarizations: Acknowledgments, Oaths & Affirmations, Jurat, Signature Witnessing
Legal Documents: Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
Real Estate: Warranty Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, and Closing Documents.
Business: Employment Verification (I-9), Affidavits, and Contracts.
Medical: Hospital Notary visits for patients at UCHealth, Children's Colorado, or Medical Center of Aurora.
How Scheduling Works
Choose the appointment type that matches your document(s).
Pick a meeting location: an open public business in/near your requested area (coffee shop lobbies, shipping stores, etc.).
Pay online or in person: card online, or cash/Venmo/PayPal/Apple Pay at the appointment.
Bring your unsigned document(s) (filled out, but do not sign until we’re together).
Bring a valid photo ID for every signer. If witnesses are required, you’ll need to bring them (a notary can’t be your witness for the same document).

Travel Fee: $45 Flat Rate
Notarization Fee: $15 Each
