FAQ
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Bring your completed document(s), unsigned, and a valid government-issued photo ID for each signer.
Q: Where do you meet for notarizations?
Most appointments are held at a convenient open public business in your area. Hospital and senior community visits may be available when permitted. Please note: For our own safety, we do NOT enter customers' homes, but we will perform the notary at your doorstep!
Q: How much does it cost?
Standard pricing is a $45 travel fee + $15 per notarization (unless a service is listed otherwise).
Q: Can you help me fill out my document?
I can explain what I need to notarize, but I can’t provide legal advice or tell you how to complete your document.
Q: Do I need witnesses?
Some documents require witnesses, and some don’t. If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for bringing them as your notary cannot be your witness for the same notarization.
Q: Can you notarize for someone in a hospital or senior living community?
Yes, in many cases! Please reach out with the facility name, and we’ll confirm what’s allowed and how to coordinate.
Q: What if I don’t have acceptable ID?
Depending on your situation, a credible witness may be an option. Text us, and we’ll explain what’s acceptable before you book.
Q: How do I book?
Book online, or text (720) 432-0695 with your city + document type + number of notarizations.
