Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
A $20 travel fee may be deducted from the refund if:

Cancellations/rescheduling made after the 30-minute grace period has expired

• Proper identification is not provided

• The signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress

• The document is incomplete or prohibited by law

• The environment is unsafe or inappropriate

C & E Notary reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons stated above. If the notary has begun or completed travel to the meeting location, the travel fee will be retained, and the remaining balance refunded
