C & E Notary provides mobile notary services for everyday documents and time-sensitive signings. We’re known for clear communication, on-time arrivals, and easy booking. We travel to convenient public meeting spots, offices, hospitals, and senior communities when permitted. For clients who cannot leave home, doorstep service may be available. We do not enter private homes. We offer same-day and weekend appointments!
Our mobile notary services include
General Notarizations: Acknowledgments, Oaths & Affirmations, Jurat, Signature Witnessing
Legal Documents: Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directives.
Real Estate: Warranty Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, and Closing Documents.
Business: Employment Verification (I-9), Affidavits, and Contracts.
Medical: Hospital Notary visits for patients at UCHealth, Children's Colorado, or Medical Center of Aurora.

How Scheduling Works
Choose the appointment type that matches your document(s).
Pick a meeting location: an open public business in/near your requested area (coffee shop lobbies, shipping stores, etc.).
Pay online or in person: card online, or cash/Venmo/PayPal/Apple Pay at the appointment.
Bring your unsigned document(s). Please have everything filled out except the signature, and do not sign until we’re together.
Bring a valid photo ID for every signer. If witnesses are required, you’ll need to bring them.
Note: a notary can’t be your witness for the same document.
Notary Service Pricing
Travel Fee: $35 Flat Rate
Notarization Fee: $15 Each
