Our Estate Planning Packet Notarization appointment is designed for clients signing larger, more detailed documents such as powers of attorney, advanced directives, trusts, and other estate planning paperwork. These appointments include extra time, careful review of notarization blocks, and a smooth guided signing experience,so nothing gets missed.
Instead of paying per notarization, clients pay a flat rate of $95 per signer/packet, making estate plan notarizations simple and predictable.

Prepare For Your Appointment:
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.
If you do not have an ID you may bring a credible witness: (Someone who you know personally, can attest to your identity, is an impartial party, and has an acceptable form of ID)
Don’t Sign Ahead of Time: Wait to sign or date anything on the notarial certificate until you're in front of the Notary.
Check the Document: Many estate documents include witness requirements. If your document requires one or more witnesses, you must provide them, as your notary cannot be considered a witness on a document they are notarizing.
Ensure the document is filled out. If spaces are intentionally left blank, please put a line through them or write N/A.
If you have multiple signers, please book one packet per signer so we can schedule enough time.

Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and we totally understand that. So long as we have not begun or completed our travel to your appointment, we will reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge. However If we have begun or completed our travel, a $20 travel fee will be reduced from your refund.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, so long as we have not completed travel or notarization, all appointments are fully refundable. If travel has begun or was completed before the cancellation request, a $20 travel fee will be deducted from your refund.
