If the session has already started or platform costs have been incurred, fees may be nonrefundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund before the online notarization session begins, your appointment may be fully refundable. If the session has already started or platform/service costs have been incurred, those costs may be deducted from the refund.
