I-9 Employment Verification

An I-9 Verification appointment is for employers and employees who need an authorized representative to complete Section 2 of Form I-9. C & E Notary offers mobile I-9 verification support for remote hires and other employment situations where an in-person document review is needed.

• In-person review of the employee’s identification documents

• Completion of the employer’s authorized representative section as instructed

• Mobile convenience at an agreed-upon meeting location

This service is not a notarization unless your employer has provided a separate document that specifically requires notarization. For Form I-9, the notary acts only as an authorized representative designated by the employer.

Please confirm your employer’s instructions before booking and send any required forms or directions in advance.

Prepare For Your Appointment:
Please have your employer’s instructions, Form I-9, and acceptable identification documents ready before the appointment.
If your employer has special instructions for completing the form, those must be provided in advance.
Ensure all employee sections are completed before the meeting, unless your employer has instructed otherwise.

Travel Fee: $35
Service Fee: $15

Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and we totally understand that. So long as we have not begun or completed our travel to your appointment, we will reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge. However If we have begun or completed our travel, a $20 travel fee will be reduced from your refund.

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, so long as we have not completed travel or service, all appointments are fully refundable. If travel has begun or was completed before the cancellation request, a $20 travel fee will be deducted from your refund.
