We offer general real estate and loan-related notarization services for specific documents that require notarization only. As a Colorado mobile notary, we provide accurate, professional notarization; however, we are not a loan signing agent and do not conduct full loan signings, explain loan terms, or oversee complete loan packages.

This service is ideal when you need one or more individual documents notarized, rather than a full lender or title company signing.

Documents We Are Able to Notarize:

• Deeds (when prepared by the appropriate party)

• Grant Deeds & Quitclaim Deeds

• Deed of Trust (notarization only)

• Affidavits related to real estate

• Occupancy affidavits

• Signature affidavits

• Name or identity affidavits

• Limited real estate-related acknowledgments

Important Service Limitations:

• We do not handle full loan packages

• We do not explain loan terms, figures, or documents

• We do not provide legal or financial advice

• Documents must be complete and ready to sign at the time of the appointment

What to Prepare for Your Appointment:

• All signers present

• Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

• Documents provided in advance when possible

• Any required witnesses arranged ahead of time

Pricing: 

• Travel Fee: $45

• Notarization Fee: $15 Per Stamp/Signature

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and we totally understand that. So long as we have not begun or completed our travel to your appointment, we will reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge. However If we have begun or completed our travel, a $20 travel fee will be reduced from your refund.

 Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment and request a refund, so long as we have not completed travel or notarization, all appointments are fully refundable. If travel has begun or was completed before the cancellation request, a $20 travel fee will be deducted from your refund.
