Additional Notarial Act

Additional Notarization is an add-on service for clients who need extra notarized signatures or stamps during the same appointment. This option is helpful when you originally booked for fewer notarizations and realize at the appointment that you have additional documents requiring notarization.

• Other eligible documents presented during the same appointment

Each additional notarization is charged per stamp/signature required.

Prepare For Your Appointment:
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.
If you do not have an ID you may bring a credible witness: (Someone who you know personally, can attest to your identity, is an impartial party, and has an acceptable form of ID)
Don't Sign Ahead of Time: Wait to sign or date anything on the notarial certificate until you're in front of the Notary.
Check the Document: Read the document carefully for any witness clauses; if it says "witnessed by," you need witnesses. If your document requires one or more witnesses, you must provide them, as your notary cannot be considered a witness on a document they are notarizing.
Ensure the document is filled out. If spaces are intentionally left blank, please put a line through them or write N/A

Cancellation Policy
Additional notarizations are billed as part of the original appointment and follow the same cancellation and refund policies as the primary service booked.
